Warranty

SaferPhone provides a 24-month statutory warranty on all devices.

The warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship. Not covered is damage caused by mechanical impact, water (unless IP-certified) or unauthorized interventions.

Should you experience a problem with your device within the warranty period, please contact our support — we will take care of repair or replacement.
