What we do to the device
Every device is reflashed, set up and checked. We only open it up if you explicitly order the removal.

Removing camera, microphone and speaker
No software switch and no tape. We open the device and detach the components from the board. The removal costs nothing extra — you select it when ordering.
The change is final: a removed camera cannot be switched back on by any malware, because it is physically gone. There is no way back — without a microphone you also lose phone calls.
Each component can be chosen separately. Many people order only the microphone removal and keep the camera.

Updates until 2032
GrapheneOS ships security updates for the Pixel 10a until 2032 — usually within days of a flaw becoming known.
No Play Store needed
Apps via F-Droid or as an APK. Play services run in a sandbox, if at all.

Why GrapheneOS on our devices? Thanks to modern security chips (Titan M2/M3) and GrapheneOS, our current models block all known hardware forensic attacks in BFU and AFU mode.
